Fortunately I rarely visit my doctors so I can only go on my recent visit. I found the receptionist very efficient, professional and polite.
The doctor I saw was very helpful in explaining same test results (which came through in a day!) She had a lovely manner and gave me the feeling that she was very thorough ie I hadn't visited her before.
So very happy with my visit overall. Only negative would be 40 mins wait but I do understand appointments can't always new to time.
